1st Call for STSM Applications – Grant Period 2, 01 November 2023 – 29 February 2024

The call for Short-Term Scientific Missions (STSM) applications is open!

For the Grant Period 2 (GP2) covering November 1st, 2023 to October 31st, 2024, included, two calls will be opened for STSM Applications. This first STSM Applications call for the GP2 covers the first 6 months: November 1st to February 29th, included.

Application deadlines for the first call of GP2:

  • November 1st 2023 – February 29th 2024: Application for STSM open
  • Ongoing: selected candidates will be notified
  • January 31st 2024: deadline for submission of last STSM applications
  • February 29th 2024: deadline for the conclusion of STSM activities, including STSM reports
  • The last STSM submission for this schedule will be January 31st 2024.

How to Get Involved

  • Read the Project Description MoU;
  •  Inform the Main Proposer/Chair of your interest (email);
  • Apply to join your Working Groups of interest;
  • You will be informed by the working group leaders as soon as your application has been reviewed;
  • Please note, Management Committee nominations are carried out through the COST National Contact Points.
